Excellent experience

I love Mondays, mostly because the day flies by in a flash. On a given day, during the early hours you will find me speaking to the clients, finding out – proactively – what their priorities are for the week, meeting with team for half hour to communicate the clients’ needs and organizing the team schedules around the client’s priorities. I do this on Monday so that the rest of the week is well organized and we can effectively use our team’s time in exceeding client’s expectations and avoid Friday evening surprises. Rest of the week goes in delivering the product(s), updating the status with the client, answering emails and calls from our global teams. My role involves extensive management responsibilities and staying organized is not an option.

Learning opportunity

I work in a very preassurised environment, where customer service is very crucial, customer centricity. What i enjoy most about my job is the fact that i can put a client a smike on the face by ensuring that i invest their monies on time, i attend to their telephonic queries timeously and resolve them

Great work eperience

Target driven daily for a weekly incentive (knocking off early on Fridays), great understanding between co-workers and are aware of each others boundaries and able to motivate one another. I have learnt to be patient, improved the level of communication between clients and co-worker and how to operate the system more efficiently. I enjoy being with my co-worker as they make my day less challenging. the most challenging aspects of my job is the fact that we get a lot of uncontactable which makes it a bit harder to reach target on a daily basis

I have learn a lot of expireance in the field of marketing, and on working with different people.

I work well as an individual and with a team, I also manage to procced doing my job while asisting a team, as they are searching for a manager. I will do the job in a way that I'm required to perform.

Every day is a challenge

I enjoy working with people from different backgrounds as it also helps me learn more. I learnt to always remain humble in situations and take on challenge, adapt to change and never become comfortable. I enjoy incentive which help lift the moral at times in order to push extra.

EXCELLENT LARNING CURVE

I ENJOYED TRAVELING AND MEETING NEW PEOPLE.PRESENTING INFANT OF MY CLIENTS.BUILD A LONG TERM FRIENDSHIP WITH MY CLIENTS,I HAVE LEARNED TO BE ABLE TO STAND ON MY OWN,HANDLING PROBLEMS AND ALWAYS FIND A WAY TO COME UP WITH SOLUTIONS TO PROBLEMS AT ALL TIMES.THE MOST EXCITING PART IS THAT NOW I AM FLUENT WITH SEVERAL LANGUAGES BECAUSE ON DAILY BASE I WOULD MEET PEOPLE THAN WILL SPEAK OTHER LANGUAGES SO MY DUTY WAS TO ACCOMMODATE THEM BY COMMUNICATING WITH THEM IN THEIR HOME LANGUAGES.I SPEAKED ENGLISH,SEPEDI,SESOTHO,SISWATI,SIZULU AND OTHER

Pros: WORKING FOR AN INSURANCE COMPANY IS QUITE A CHALLENGE BECAUSE YOU WORK WITH PEOPLE EVERYDAY AND YO GET TO DEAL OR HOLD THE PEOPLES PERSONAL DETAILS,WHEN DEALING WITH CLIENTS INFORMATION YOU NEED TO MAKE SURE YOU KEEP THE INFORMATION SAFE AND YOU RIGHT THE CORRECT INFORMATION EVERYTHING ABOUT THEM SHOULD BE LEGITAMATATE AT ALL TIMES.

I am also reliable, thorough and unafraid of challenges,

at liberty life i learnt alot regarding my Job and working with customers it taught me emotional intelligence, patience and dealing with different people and communication, my work environment was great and exciting some days are long and some are just great especially when i make sales, the most challenging aspect was the pressure when the target wasn't reached which doesn"t happen often. My relationship with my co-workers was great hence im very bubbly and talkative so i got along with everyone.

Cons: sometimes when you dont reach target you need to work longer hours and weekends

Excellent learning and growing myself

I an interested in working in a Company where there is growth and where people assist eaxh other so we can meet the objective of the team not individual. The Company should be able to assist us to study so we can further our studies and managenent should be approachable.
