It's been a great experience.

I am a mature and reliable finance professional who has acquired numerous skills in my more than ten years of employment in the Auditing and Financial environments. I am a highly articulate and confident individual who is able to motivate and communicate effectively in order to achieve exceptional business performance. I am also dependable and reliable in supporting and enabling team effort and therefore organisational performance. The skills and knowledge I have gained thus far will enable me to make a significant contribution in any organization requiring my skills and expertise. Auditing and finance are my passion as I believe that sound practises contribute immensely to a company’s stability and continued growth. As a Fund Accountant, I have specific duties to deliver Annual Financial Statements, quarterly Management Accounts, monthly and daily responsibilities to External Auditors. All this has given me the opportunity to inter-act with various stakeholders at all levels

Pros: we get the bursary to study but if failed one has to payback.
Cons: we working long hours as there are lot of funds to deal with.

Would recommend for newly graduates.

Very good company to work for. Very good training provided and very well professional setting and culture. Well balanced in terms of the field you can learn and be successful but the disadvantage is that you have to look for your own clients to succeed. Company is really amazing and very big cooperate. e.

Great experience

I have a great experience there and build lasting relationships. My manager was very understanding. Work load was more than too much at times especially when you do a job of 4 people. Too much red tape. I have learned a lot through out the years and loved the company and its culture.
