.I have worked for Capitec bank for nine years as a Service Consultant and resigned from Capitec bank to pursue my own business . I also worked for Bidair as an administrator and receptionist. I have further my education at Corner Stone doing Human Resources certificates for Call centre and computer certificates, I also had one year leaner ship program in 2004 under SETA doing Coaching/Mentor in Commercial hygiene at Send box consulting EQD . I would like to express my interest in the position as a receptionist I am trustworthy; hard worker; reliable and always willing to learn.iam very good to work with others and learn from them I am a person who is eager to lean new things and I would also like to begin my career with your company. I am confident that I would be a beneficial to your company.

How to handle difficult clients

I am funny, energetic, trustworthy, reliable. Team player and willing to lean new things every day, I have been on top in anything I touch including being nominated in one of the learner ship that was introduced in the company for leaning curve.

Is when I learned new things

I enjoy working with people,solving or giving the best service as much as I can based on clients needs,and I am a team player hands on if my co-woker is struggling or not sure of what clients want and I lean how to resolve client matter and to make clients happy. The most challenging is when I can't resolve client matter.

Pros: Advantage for the company to make profit or rich the target
Cons: Disadvantage will affect the performance
