I’ am 30 years old, I have 5 years’ experience as a training facilitator and assessment trainer focusing in new venture creation and Adult training, I did Education Training and development practices duration course of 1 year. -I facilitated ABET Adult Basic Education training, with life orientation and human social science . - I facilitated in class training (cooperatives governance ne venture creation, business skills in entrepreneurship and Marketing interventions, better buying intervention. Business planning intervention -Administrative and business support to cooperatives and equivalent community business. -Qualifies resource of training cooperatives on services seta and department of higher education Processes including access to discretionary grant funding in cooperatives. Excellent learning experience

I have gained alot of experience while working at LHR Solutions. I have grown up as a person and I have learned more. LHR Solutions is the best company ever. It's a company of which that sees potential in young people and give them opportunity to explore of what they have got and what they have learned at varsity time. I have been welcomed well and I have been dedicated to what I was I doing and it was an awesome time and I really enjoyed my time being there. I am always in time when it comes to work and I like being in groups because the work of an office it's completed in short space of time and I know myself that I am a hard worker. I am looking forward of joining this company and also get more experience than I have now.

Excellent work experience

good relationship with co-workers, i've learnt how training companies operate,i enjoying doing the financial part of the work and going out on the fields to educate people.we work under pressure 50% of the time

Good learning curve

Ive learn a lot in terms of traing and have developed a passion for developing and mentoring...as a result.I therefore like to persue a full time career in this industry.

Pros: Theres no growth as i have been doing this job for three years.i wold like to continue being in this industry but doing sometbing more challinging
Cons: no opportunity to grow
