Good problem solver
I have learnt good problem solving skills including being more patient and subtle on how I approach any situation. Good communication with co workers. Quality control comes with its highs and lows which is very challenging. Working with suppliers can be a lot stressful when dealing with claims.Always to have a positive attitude can help you deal with certain issues.

Gain experience in direct fields from being on the road to becoming a trainer for the company
I am a team player and work well with my co- workers, superiors and I will be an excellent asset to your company. I work well under pressure and meet dead-lines. I am a reliable person and take my responsibility in the work place seriously. Ability to learn new products to a level where training can be delivered at the point of new product launches. Self-motivated and capable of co-coordinating own personal agenda within the training activity. High professional and personal standards and a keen eye that attends to details.

Top heavy
No promotional prospects Run by expats. Local staff have no say Dictator management style. No work life balance. No staff empathy. No flexibility. There s s flat structure managed by expatriates. No promotional prospects is a result. Extreme favouritism. A complete conforming attitude which does not allow scope for change

Learning curve
It's a fast paced environment, you're bound to learn a lot though. They try to promote good corporate culture. The most challenging aspect is the strict discipline for time keeping regardless of how many hours you normally work e.g you can work till the late hours of the night, you have to be there on time tomorrow morning, not even 1 minute late. Another challenge is the long hours with no overtime pay if you are "above the threshold".

No growth
Nothing much to say about my company. The treatment they give their employees is not professional. I enjoy working with my co workers We are one big family I have learnt that you must not wait to be spoon fed with skills I have learnt to compromise in working long hours
