My typical day starts at 07H00 I will work out what the division short to achieve set target. I will then look at the individual regions and set day targets per region and will then communicate the targets with each Regional Manager. At 13h00pm I will take an update and then give a plan to under performing regions. I will then attend to other aspects that needs my attention such as HR/IR issues,Credit Department etc. At 17h00 I will take final figures and report it at 18h00pm to the General Manager Operations. Relationship with co-workers were good -firm believer staff is one of the most important aspects to be successful. I have learnt the every aspect in terms of retail the past 21 years,but still learning daily. To achieve set objectives and to assist staff and to earn incentives - Money motivate people. To achieve sales targets and to satisfy all .

The average workplace.

Working here is comfortable as it is central. However, the culture of management needs to be addressed. The salary increases are ridiculous, the average salary as well. People are not compensated for the hard work they put in. Each job comes with it's own difficulties, so yes there are tough times and most of those times there are people willing to help, it just depends on whom you ask to assist.

Pros: Central place to work.
Cons: Management does not compensate staff enough.
