Good learning experience

working for lewis was a great experience for me even though we worked under pressure most of the time but it made me strong and to multitask.colleagues I worked with we were like a family got along very well with each other enjoyed the working environment

Customer services

Duties : follow up on arrears account and provide an excellent customer services to both new and existing clients Build good relations with the customer Ensure that Customer understands the arrears status on the account and make payment arrangement Educate Customer with regards to the arrears and bad debt process by explaining about payment option and the benefits of a well maintained account To obtain bank clearance for cheque in access of R500 (in the case of the sale only). To receive, verify, safeguard and record all cash received from customer and issue receipts of transactions. To ensure that amount tendered by customer balances to computer generated receipt To effectively manage all OBO transactions and ensure that all relevant data is captured in terms of company policy and procedures

Learning curve

opportunity to grow under paid lots of work. no freedom to execute your duties freely. everything must be discussed with Regional stuff first meaning you can't do anything with a yes from the regional.

Hard worker

The nature of my work experience over the years has prepared me for this position . My past work experience and expertise involved a great deal of independent Administration, Sales,Reception as well as General Worker duties, Clerical and support work, requiring initiative, self-motivation and a wide range of skills amongst a few is adaptability to climate changes and holding the fort. I have an understanding of company policies within the governmental and private sector industries therefore availability to learn was essential.I am a hard-work within a stimulating environment brings joy and reaching targets within deadlines. I'm fast and accurate writer both electronic and handwritten, with a keen eye for detail and I should be very grateful for the opportunity to progress to reporting into the manager supervising this department for which the position is available.I can be able to take the responsibility of this position immediately.

Excellent learning curve

Most of my working days are busy hence I work a 9hours job.My relationship with my co-workers is great because we believe in uplifting team spirit and we always work as a team,We have never had any disputes and when one of us is down we try by all means to cheer the person up.I have learnt that one cannot achieve anything by isolating others and forcing to do things by oneself but a team can achieve anything they put their minds on.What I enjoy most about my job is working with people/customers.I am so passionate about sales that trying to convince a customer to purchase something just makes me feel alive and energized.The challenging part of my job is trying so hard to remain calm and be the bigger person when dealing with a rude customer and at times having to apologise just to calm a situation whilst they are the ones who are wrong since we have a slogan that says a customer is always right.

A very good job for a start up person like me, as it deals morely about customers

For a start up job its very interesting and its soo easy to catch up on the work done there .What i was doing is to call customers and remind them about their payment dates or invite them for gala dinner that we usually hold, so that customers can get a bit of being spoiled by us.

Pros: Well promotions are not the main thing there, but meeting the target there is actual a certain percent increased on your sałaty.
Cons: Its a very tirering as customers are able to come during the closing time and we cant chase that cust away so, a person might end up going home late

Excellent learning

it was a great place to work at I got to learn and experience a lot of things and learned to multi tasking,learned to do jobs that are not my description so that if one of us is not at work the office can run smoothly even if we short staffed,even if we worked under pressure at times but it was still a good place to learn and grow.my colleagues we were like a family I never felt like I'm at work it was like I was home because of the environment I was in we got along well.

I love my job very well

I'm an a hard worker ambition patient punctual and work well with the team and committed to the outcomes.i have been working very well in the company I left the job because I went back to school
