It was a internship position

It was more a internship positions but I want opportunity to grow and development .I learn alot while being there .I assisting with payments , handling account queries , doing filing , and assisting with switchboard.A lthough my time there was short I indeed learnt alot and need a opportunity to gain more experience . Clients compliment me on great customer service which is one of core strengths .

I'm Aza mkwedini I'm a marketing student I'm looking for job I only have four months experience in sales,Clerk,finance.it is good to work at this company and I have a good relationship with the co-workers about the job also outside.what I enjoy is that I get assistance where I need it colleagues do not have any problem for helping someone who need help.

Working for Lewis it's challenging because you are expected to daily on a daily basis . Maintain a healthy relationship with workers . Must be ready to work under pressure . Be an honest person and have reliability.

Learning

I would like to work with or without a team,the most thing is that I'm a hart worker & quick learner,always must be co-oporation between colleagues.Everyone must be on time not late,each every worker must received the training that will align with the specific job that is doing.

Manage sales and admin.Target meeting to tel the staff what is the taget for the day.Get commitment from sales staff.Speak to the regional manager get is scorebord an insructions.Do a floor walk with stock clark.Get specials for the day.One on one with salesstaff.Work their pending.Hot leads otb .Get them motivate and prodictive.Have a meating with dept clarks.Gave the tagets for the day.Motive them productivaty 40 calls,4% growth cash.Inspect banking book petty cash and manuel receipts.Get the delivery out.Challenge to get to the target.We are like n wining team

Through had work and team work I was promoted several times in the past years.

There is no typical work day, everyday is different, you need to do and go where the most problems are for the day. I needed to work with divisional managers of different regions on a daily basis and to get them to achieve set goals. I was very succesfull to achieved these goals with them. I learnt that if there is no team work and respect then you will not achieve any goals. The most that I enjoyed was to do training and to empower my staff with knowledge. The traveling was the most challenging of my job. I traveled every week all over the country.
