I am an compliance auditor

I do compliance Audit. My Typical work day is very interesting, as the first day at a branch I do planning and then choose sample to test then the remaining days is testing and then execution then last day is Reporting to different Audiences. I have a great relationship with my co-workers together with my Management staff. When doing what you love everyday is a joyous day, you are able to look beyond any problems and focus on what has brought you to the employment. I enjoy the most having to add value in my company as I believe that is what they have hired me for. I have had many challenges at work but the most challenging aspect of my Job is when employees get suspended or fired due to my findings. I know that I am just doing my job but it saddens to see someone being fired because if affect his/her whole family.

Pros: None
Cons: Stagnation, No growth in terms of promotions
