great stepping stone

i starting working there straight from school so it was a great learning curve for me and i gained so much experience and it actually shaped me into this direction that i'm currently taking with my career and i won 5 awards for being the best consultant in the whole company for 5 years back to back. and learn and achieved so much and grow personally and also played a big part in the growth of the company from bringing in so many clients and went on to break the record for the most loan out and loan in collections. and i used it as a great stepping stone towards my career and reaching for my goals.

Pros: great stepping stones for some one who just came from school
Cons: weekend hours
