Excellent learning curve

I begin most days by coming in to the office early to make sure everything is ready for our clients: this includes checking emails and respond to them,schedule, and looking through our office scheduling system to check for any changes. The the majority of my duties include assisting clients with photocopies, emailing, faxing, both in person and on the phone I meet with co-workers to discuss digital printing and embroidery workload and share the work load to make our day effective. Learning everyday that customers are always right and share their views and make a good working relationship. Seeing workload done at the end of the day as planned. Challenges are when clients don't understand the language of printing but try my level best to explain to their level so we can reach a productive understanding.
