Through all my experiences the shipping world is one that one can never says its boring every day its something new, meeting new people, new challenges always thinking out of the box be it for solutions or growing the business or ones self. Enjoying what I do that's whats motivate me and teaching and learning daily

I have pursued a career in International Forwarding Logistics in South Africa and the Middle East.

I am a natural leader, who places a lot of positive emphasis on my staff and their abilities within the team. I can successfully delegate, whilst keeping a close eye on the processes and furtherment of the business, without micro-managing. My long-standing experience in this business stands me in good stead to control and deal with all matters relating to the entirety of freight logistics. I feel that my extensive network gained in this industry, will be a huge attribute in this position in terms of new and existing business.

Pros: Great company but required and great people
Cons: Cash flow/ liquidity challenges
