Good learning curve
Facilitating the learning in a classroom, assessing the learners and moderating co workers assessments. I find my work mates easy people to work with. What I have learnt is to do my best in everything regardless of the environment. I enjoy facilitating the learning. I enjoy sharing my knowledge with others. The most challenging aspect of this job is when I was to deliver quality in an environment where quality is compromised a lot, you tend to have a problem at the beggining with new students until they get used to it then they realize it's for their best

Typical work day is on january all studient i assist them to apply online bursary some i have to make them letter to apply on bursary and check if they qualify. Build positive relationship with work colleagues at all levels.She was a team player who was always willing to help co-workers. • Receiving, Issuing and screening of bursary application forms. • Conduction and Capturing of means test. • Organising a system and Filing of all pertaining documents. • Processing and capturing of students bursary claims. • Compiling and Submitting batches to NSFAS. • Drafting of sectional budget. • Secretarial duties.eg answering telephone, sending and receiving e-mails, receiving visitors etc. • Bursary Committee meetings. I enjoy when I have an ability to grow with a job, handle responsibility. The most challenging is when i Organising a system and Filing of all pertaining documents Bursary Committee meetings.

I am in a one year contract which started from 07 October 2020,it will end on 30 September 2021

Learned lot of challees and to overcome them at the same time
Hardworking person A team player learned to work on my own to add my skills were is required to always not depend on the people on the top level of management when my work is challenging me I can see how hardworking im When students strike due to that they department give them a low amount of money

Exellent learning
working at lephalale TVET College has given me a chance to learning about more thing and gain for experience that I didn't have. I have a good relationship will my colleque where by we have a good communication skill and working together as a team. I have learned to learn more about challenges that we come across at the organisation and how to deal with it and come up with a solution at a team. the challenges that we I experience is with our clients but as I am a very patient person I manage to solve the problem.
Pros: great opportunites for promotion
Cons: i work from 07H00 to 16H00 but i sometimes knock off late and help those who are in need of my help fom other department

Interns at Shanduka black umbrellas
Capturing of student enrolment forms, welcoming of coming in clients, answering incoming telephones ,facilitating students with computer practice, Photocopying. I'm very open with ma employees and I ask for help where I have challenges. I enjoy working with new students because I start them afresh and they learn fast. challenges are when a difficult clients do not understand my work

Not learning as much as I'd hoped
It is something to be honest and I'mm very grateful for the opportunity they have afforded me.It's mostly busy towards month end when its time for salaries.But in day to day work it is all about paying creditors,refunding students.I'm still new but so far I have been having a great working relationship withmy colleagues.I have learnt to type and print out payment vouchers,also to file documents.Everytime something new is introduced,that's a challenge but I enjoy and embrace any challenge.That's how you grow and learn.
Pros: It's a good start for somebody straight out of college
Cons: 7am-4pm(So far I'm good working those hours)
