I want to take my career to the next level

A typical day at work I do arrivals, process GDS booking into our system which is protel.i make booking amend bookings and make cancellations. Deal with checking availability.we sell the holiday package as well. I do rooming lists. Follow up on payments and do group follow up's. I answer call and take messages for our conferencing department. Drop correspondence for front office on drop box. I enjoy reservations that is the engine of the hotel where the money is made by how many booking we make.and we are a team of four at our reservations and have a great working relationship.

Pros: great working and flexible hours
Cons: minimal opportunity for growth
