Better company to work for,although it is still growing

Legosec is a small company that provide CCTV operator to offer service to its clients. Due to the client where I m posted,they're so thaankfull to hire our company to monitor their cameras as by doing that number of theft incident went dramatically down.Our site manager was an investor at south African police,who he voluntarily asked management to make investigation on their behalf. I am happy to say the revelation pointed that not only employees on the ground can engaged on criminal activities, it was shocking to find out that directors also involved.what makes me to stay most and like my job is attitudes around us,the atmosphere, the dedication of our staff. Although any job has got its good and bad sometimes, what tend to be difficult is when the threat out of work place start to circulates
