What I have learnt

I have learnt alot in terms of how the system works. What the system does. The people I work with are fun and friendly. There are no benefits and I don't see myself growing in the team or doing something else either than what I'm doing now. Very very low pay. I have not received any bonus yet but I heard that it is very very low aswell.

Excellent learning experience

It was a huge learning curve for me. I learnt a lot about debt collection softwares and customer rights. I also had an opportunity todo site visits. Proper channels to escalate issues from second line up to development and research. The business visions, namely: quality,respect, communication, accountability

Pros: Huge opportunity to grow

Good For Junior Tester

The most difficult thing is working without a proper structure, were the business side can anytime disturb the developer and the whole team deviates from the initial goals. A good day normally starts with Sprint meeting that will set the tasks for the day and the progress of the items currently working on, discussing any challenges that the team is facing and resolving any encountered issues. From the testing side, report on the results of the automated tests. I work directly with developers and business analyst from identifying the items for the currently Sprint and ensure all the acceptance criteria is met.

Cons: No experienced Test Lead
