Good opportunity to grow

A typical day for me is to handle all finance reports daily. once my mails are sorted and cleared, we get breakfast which is provided by the company and kick off the day with a fresh cup of coffee. Im an introvert takes me very long to start a conversation with my colleagues - but half through the day i defrost and will have laughs. I work well with my co-workers always trying to be a team player. I have learnt to work smart (Lazy) as I work with spreadsheets everyday, I attended an excel course which was very beneficial, saving on much more time on my daily tasks - Time consuming. I enjoy my working hours 08:30 - 16:30, this helps me to get home a bit early and help the kids with homework and the extra mural activities. My most challenging aspect is always to decide which duty is the most important to me, I have time which I have to complete so much things at the same time (Multitask) which are all important - But which one is the most important and which ones can I leave for a bit later.

Excellent learning curve

Good day Typical day in the office is filled with a rush of things needed to be done namely the following, Attendance Capturing leave for staff that was absent Ordering if office supplies Being available to any staff member that needs assistance Relieving receptionist Filing ans scanning And loads more I enjoy the fast pasted environment working with people and assisting to the best of my ability. In my job im the "go to" person if management is unavailable. Staff love my work ethic and theu comfortable with me dealing with personal information regarding earnings, payslips or anything else confidential. I have learnt to be patient with everything and everyone I deal with. Most challenging aspect is maybe that I trybto dobto mucb at once and constantly at war when I didnt get to everything in one day.

Pros: Work environment is very pleasant and the people are amazing
Cons: Earnings is not great

Learning curve

High targets for employees , little incentives, is a good way to gain experience for career, ima enjoying the experience since i just recently graduated.

Excellent experience

We were basically cold calling clients telling them about our legal cover with chases of closing the client and securing a sale....than we capture clients information on the system. I had a great relationship with my team leader abbigail and she can testify that i know my job very well and always reached my target. We used to work from monday to friday 8_4:30 I learnt how to use my objection handling skills very well and there is high growth rate at legal and tax

I like to work with the team because its where you get to know some peoples characters, i have good relationship with my colleagues. i have learnt that its not just easy to make sales but you must try to persuade the client and inform the client about the new products.

Team Player and Leader willing to go the extra mile

Hardworking and going the extra mile so that my team always reach our targets and the task at hand Have a good relationship with my team always doing team building exercises at our own expense to keep the team motivated and positive I've learned learnt a lot working for Legal and Tax as ive worked in different department each with their own challenges

Pros: The pros of working at Legal and tax is that its a great environment to grow yourself and there is always opportunities to study and learn at the companies expense

Cold calling potential clients informing them about our services

I am informing clients about our products i am working from 08:30 to 16 :30 for 5 days in a week, i have a very good communication with my colleagues i like to share a joke with others and also i like to finish my work before i do anything , i have learnt that you must always smile with clients although at times they can be wrong.

L have learnt on how to persuade a client

I an working on a friendly company, i like to share a joke with others i can solve the conflict. i like to finish my job in time and also i can work under pressure, the most challenging thing about my job is when the debit orders didn't go through then you do not get commission.

Great learning curve

COLD CALLING SETTING UP MEETINGS MEETING DIRECTORS AND HR PERSONNEL I ENJOY PRESENTING COMPANY BENEFITS , THE MOST CHALLENGING PART IS GETTING A CLIENT TO AGREE TO A MEETING
