Excellent exposure in the Human Resource

I am currently completing my national dipolma in Human Resource Management. Working in the HR environment has been a great experience because I am exposed to how things work in the HR and I have a better understanding of the theory done during lecturers. It also allows me to put my knowledge to practise. I am exposed to various aspects of HR, from training to recruitment. My relationship with co-workers is great and we have become a family. I had the opportunity to sit with various people in their specific functions and see how its done. The most challenging was training because Im not a person that stands infront of people and speak. But I am not afraid to try it.

Pros: Great learning experience
Cons: Dont working everyday because of college

General: Maintenance on the website that would include frequent bug testing that we encounter through daily tests or customer feedback Monitoring failed payments or bookings Product and brand awareness campaigns Competitions and giveaways to drive online adoption and the growth of our Social Media Platforms and current base Frequent employee updates and training on B2B and B2C enhancements BETA, product and service excellence training for our offline support agent

Pros: Great growth
Cons: Very flexible and up to date culture
