Earthwork Foreman

Been introduced first as a civil trainee from the college,i have arrived at the company and work with the road surveyor and learn the basics practically since I have done that theoretically at the college , within a month I have been promoted and work as earthwork supervisor before I can be an assistant site agent ,more focusing in an office work ,it's nice to work in the company that gives you challenge and even though it lacks professional personnel ,but overall I see that most of employees are very nice and warm. Could I say I learned more of how to lead and most of the things I have learned construction office protocol and almost everything about earthwork during my time in the field
