Details about the company where I was

The work that I was doing is to selling visa for people that want to travel to Canada. My relationship with my colleague was nice we was a family, friends when you want something they was there to help you. I have learnt a lot of things there how to comunicate nice and professional with customers and how to give the world class help to the client. I enjoy the most the love that all of them give to each one .the most challenging was to convince the customers to buy the visa.

Cons: Hasn't cons there

Sales driven environment,Long hours.Leads supplied - not always quality

The owners of the business are very demanding and have very high expectations of employees. I have learnt to work under pressure. The most challenging aspects of the job are working for the Israeli mentality - more work and less pay or the same salary.

Pros: The owners have high moral values.
Cons: Environment is too demanding and the human aspect of workers is not taken into account.

Excellent learning curve

In my current job it's very stressful, we work at a fast pace. I've learnt that you need to work for yourself, I've always been a people's person and a team player however in my current job having a personality such as mine is not always a good thing. My strengths are good customer service and being able to help customers to the best of my ability. My weeknesses however are working with targets and I am a person of accuracy and take my time to perfect things and that is why I'm not quite enjoying myself where I am at the moment. I have made really good relationships with my co-workers because of my friendly nature. I've learnt that you can only be happy in your working space if you're happy with your job and at the moment I am not.
