Excellent learning curve

I consider this job as an excellent learning curve and also adding up for my experiences as well as teaching me to be able to do team work.The most challenging part is that the chances of growth are so slim and also financial constraint a bit as its just a basic salary without any bonuses. Overall I thank this opportunity because it sharpened my mind and increased my energy levels as well as that It was good platform for me to realize my strength.This is going to be an advantage to my next company.

It was for experience

I was a good opportunity for learning and gaining much experience though there was not much room for growth.The hours were average because I am just a hard worker so even if I worked longer hours to me it was not much of a problem.Besides having my colleagues it was more of a family relationship.

Good at persuading

i started last year i had best sales since i was still working it was a nice job becouse we use to travel alot around south africa advertising our product which is easy to attract customer.our daily job was to go on field convience people on how our product is best according to our competitors

It's a fairly good company. I'm getting a lot of experience and enjoy working with people.

Le Morgan gives it's reps an opportunity of being manager after a year to grow within the company and hold higher positions. It offers good training and development. Once a month the reps get to travel and work in different provinces.

Good for a start

Selling products of Le Morgan, direct sales. there was a lot of travelling involves we introducing the products the public.I had a good relationship with my co-workers.i have gained a good communication skill with customers.

Pros: Great job since it was ma first job and with good leader.
Cons: It was not safe because at times I was required to work alone in a new places where I had to walk on the streets.

It was a great experience during trainnig

I wasnt happy cause there was no basic and otger sales representatives take ypur customer/client and the manager i was under wasnt that good we were force to get to work the most challenging aspects was making sales some of the co workers were great ypu spmetimes lnock off late depending on ypur manager or where i go

Assisting walk in customer with queries Take incoming calls from the customer that needs assistance on the order they just received Making sure they fully satisfied with our products..assist drivers by calling the customer to inform them that the drivers are trying to get hold of them

Helped work under pressure

Good working under pressure, drives to meet targets every end of the month for incentives, learned to deal with different types of people. Teaches to deal with customers in a calm manner.

Good people room for improvement

Good people learned alot hjvthj ihgbjig ihrhin high school students are very important to me and they have a great time in the workplace ether as a team
