Earning through commision no basic salary
I have learnt how to approach customers. I enjoyed moving around even thou i had to use my own money for transport. Most days were bad in making sales because we didn't have a store we were based at we had to move around each an every day. The most challenging aspects for the job was that we had to struggle to get into a place in order to do our presentation.
Pros: Working there was a great oppotunity to meet new peaople each an every day. the problem is there is no basic salary so which shows us that if we dont manage to make a sale we wont get a cent.
Cons: 8am-4pm

Excellent learning curve
An everyday filled with new daily challenges and more exciting things to learn daily. Got to meet new personels on a daily basis Learnt to merge new and old relationships with prospects. Team-Building was on a high level,friendly senior executives. Training and motivation every Morning. I must say that travelling to 8 provinces and different cities,learning a few more South African languages and cultures was my utmost fun and enjoyed slide. The marketing field is fun and howevers has its cons: The rejection/objections from prospects.although taught on how to overcome. Overall lovely experience and team-mates.
Pros: Massive space for Growth and Promotion.Fair working hours

Excellent learning curve
I am a highly resourceful, flexible, innovative and enthusiastic individual who possesses a considerable amount of knowledge and experience regarding administrative and office procedures. A fast learner who can absorb new ideas and is experienced in coordinating, planning, organizing a wide selection of administrative duties all within a given time scales. Well organized and an excellent team player with proven ability to work proactively in a complex and busy office environment.
Pros: For the love of working with people
Cons: No renumeration, no medical aide

Excellent Telecommunication
Work is good when you communicate well with your customers and all your co-workers, i have learned that you need to give your best in every task that is given to you most of all i enjoy working with people, the most challenging aspects is not having enough customers to dial

My typical work day go to the meeting in the morning
Go to the office have a meeting then discuss plans of the day .on how we going to work then I plan my my day approaches then I have a good relationship with my co workers the most challenging thing is not being able to have free freedom of expression what I enjoy the most of having to meet new clients everyday an putting a smile on their faces about the service I give them the most challenging aspects is that I don't see growth for me

I am an honest, trustworth and reliable individual
A typical work day usually starts with energy as employees gather for a morning brief. Talking of what happened the previous day at work shows that my relationship with the co workers is mutual with me being the youngest from the organizational informal culture u need to learn a lot so being given a lot of task is how an average person can learn. Through this time management has become one of my top priorities because nothing is impossible in time. Punctuality, innovation and intelligence is how best I can describe what I have leant . The most enjoyable thing about Le Morgan is that when you at work it seems less problems as you will always be occupied.

Excellent experience
Good day I work with more than 100 people with different characters and a lot of challenges to deal with daily, I work with lot of woman we always focused easy to work with good communication skills working as a team I've learned a lot calling customers confirming orders taking queries assisting supervisor also assist in reception I enjoy most challenges we do to reach our daily target and making customer feel at ease and happy working with the company and the most challenging aspects is when we have no work to do by not getting customers that's very challenging and making sure that their happy always and not getting solutions for a problem it's challenging.

A great experience
A great experience as one of he top 5 sales agents in the company for he year 2015. I have been in the sales indusrty themajority of my working experience retail for 6 years and telesales for 4 years. I have gained a kot of experience on how to hndle all kinds of customers by having a face to face encounter and over the phone. A lovely and vibrant work enviroment woth upbeat co workers and i also love being around people.
