Job satisfaction aligned to provision of service to the impoverished ex-miners.

A wonderful work experience, satisfaction derived not as much from the salary as the knowledge that I have brought hope to someone's hopeless situation. Most of these ex-miners are very sick after contracting occupational lung diseases and are just awaiting death with no hope for a prolonged life due to hardship. Personal and telephone contacts helps me to assess the level of illness and hardship endured by these ex-miners. The work environment requires creativity and self discipline. Lists are provided, but these ex-miners are often not contactable for one reason or other. As such, the need for outreaches arise and the surprise element of finding more ex-miners than you had on your list - therefore be prepared and plan ahead. Personal sacrifices help produce unexpected results and achieve high performance outcomes.

Pros: Work at own pace with little or no supervision at all - Encourage creativity and self discipline.
Cons: Long working hours plus overnight work at times

Great Customer Service.

Great Customer Service. Customers always comes first. Flexible working hours. Creates an opportunity to work with people and sharpen customer service relationship management

Pros: Part-time job.
Cons: long working hours, because the company is in an intertainment industry, most jobs are done during the weekends expecially late nights throughout the the following day early mornings
