Excellent development base with a solid client base. A typical day includes a short meeting for business logic and deliverable charting and updates. Excellent interactive development with a strong collaborative approach in diversified specializations. Strong team and work ethics and fun environment all round. I enjoy coding the business logic and in general, presenting a fully tested deliverable to client and celebrating milestones with team members. I have learnt the benefits of team management, especially individual interaction, speeds up problem solving and maintains the happiness of the group, integral to swifter project milestones. Challenging at times may be to ensure the team is up to speed as far as the project overview is concerned

Cons: Make up for settling time of newer team members

Excellent learning curve

Java JEE front-end, backend developer. A typical work day includes but is not limited to- having update meetings to recap on the progress so far and any challenges with proposed solutions. Emphasis on best practices of design methodologies and patterns. Extensibility and scalability. The mood with co workers is usually one that is light and humorous with cohesiveness at the core of helping each other achieve the same goal of project deliverables in the best possible practices. I have learnt to trust more fellow employees and under-studies as well as to be big-picture driven. I enjoy the nitty-gritty workings of problem solving, decisions on which tools are best suited for project at hand in the most effective way. Developing software is always what I love and leading teams to delivering on milestones.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth
Cons: No specifics as those usually come from client requests and specifications which we may feel are not the best practices to be used.
