Every day is a challange which i enjoy

Hi Been in the construction industry over 30 years as a quantity surveyor worked on many projects one of the projects that's a high light is the Palace - Lost City in Pilansburg, worked in Botswana for two years, I enjoy my job and have always proven my capabilities, I'm dedicated to my job and every is a challenge , Not scared of work if needs will always go the extra mile to ensure profitability on each contract. The company I worked for LBC Lenco went into liquidation Always have had a good relation ship with staff, subcontractors my moto in life treat all with respect and the people will respect you for what you are Hope I can be of assistance in the company Regards Milan Sulc

Excellent to work for them

It's hard to say the company has a racial background, meaning that if you're not white you're not worthy of a senior position. They don't motivate their employees.

Pros: No pros on my side
Cons: Long working hours

Excellent Learning curve

Great place to have worked, unfortunately the company went into liquidation. Was allowed to further myself academically and this was valuable for my own personal development

Pros: Good place to learn and be challenged
Cons: Years of financial losses caused liquidation.
