Excellent learning curves

It was good working for the company . I have learned and experience a lot changes with in the company over the years, people coming and going . ...new structure came in place, new management took over to improve the companies needs. my relationship will my co-workers was very mutual , there was a good under standing and trust ,between us. what I enjoy the most is helping a fellow worker with work problems, trying to resolve the matters. The most challenging aspect in the job is when I was promoted to a higher rank from debriefing to inventory controlling, in which I have to resolve the problems with the stock.....making sure the stock balance and do the necessary adjustments required.

Pros: looking for a better opertunity in life, trying to grow in the company
Cons: have more breaks in between,good performance bonus -13th cheque.

Experience and sharpening of knowledge

Mostly my typical day at work is not full of activity and challenges, i have to constantly be on idle waiting for tickets to be logged. i get along with everyone as i am a support person i cannot be unapproachable i try to smile at every given chance. i have learnt a great deal when it comes to being self managed while working alone and try to always be trust worthy all times and the most challenging aspect is not be trusted by your employer while your on the job.

Cons: no promotion or ways to advance your career

Challenging days as fleet controller

As a Fleet controller, everyday comes with numerous challenges from breakdowns to accurate monitoring of destinations. So that the movement of stock from start to finish is reached safely and in great condition to clients. Speaking to suppliers and handling maintenance via reports from drivers and go ahead from financial management to fix approved assets. These are just some of the day to day challenges that come my way.

Cons: Long long hours and 24/7 standbys

I sometimes had to take responsibility for other people's mistakes.

We made a good team and a typical work day was rather crazy. I sometimes had to take responibility for other people's mistakes.Their HR was never helpful and they are only looking after their selves. We were never allowed to speak your mind.

Pros: Great opportunity for learning curves
Cons: Sometimes working hours, but promotion takes forever. Payroll department are not very helpful.

Perfect learing curve

Working at Laser Logistics is more like a learning curve as I have learned to put other people first than me. I am responsible for more than 20 driver, so I have to listen to their problem and assist where ever I can. It is a man dominated environment but I have gel very well with then I laugh everyday and we share what ever we have and give to who does not have. I have a good relationship with my co-workers. I have learned to stand by my conviction no matter what. Mostly I enjoy when am not feeling well they assume its time of the month and the spoil me with drink and fruits. What challenges me the most is when I have to submit timesheets and others inflamate overtime hours.

Im looking for a job that is realistic

Laser logistics is a company where by were ofloading fresh chicken and the frozen one in different stores. My relationship with others was good because i am a fast learner good communication and a friendly person. I learnt that don't do wrong things just only because you see your friends
