Fast leaner and hard worker

I like to work on the floor because that keeps my self busy all the time. Work hands to hands and communicate with your co-workers make your job very easy. Need to respect each other to manage that. I started as general worker and I learned a lot like handling material, drive forklift, operate machines and many more things. I trained others two. I like to learn something new every day. There is lots of things that is giving hard time like unfer management, don't cure teammates, not enough resources and many more things.

Pros: Giving lots of training
Cons: Not good service of the machine

Excellent learning curve

Working very hard sometimes there is no time to even go on a break.I have a good relationship with my co-workers and we help each as a team.I have learnt to multi task and also to humble myself and ask for help when i need to. Doing the admn job but getting paid the probation money for 3 years.

Pros: free training to learn about other departments
Cons: small salary

Good welder

I have a good communication skills,hard-working person and very punctual,I gained a lot of experience in the industry and I want to grow big in my career

Working Style

I am extremely dependable. I have rarely missed a day of work, and am known for coming in early and staying late to finish important tasks and achieve results. This dependability extends to my collaborative work as well I'm always on top of my projects. Due to my organizational skills and efficiency, I can juggle multiple projects at once with success. While I complete most of my work independently, I greatly value input and will consult with team members to ensure we're all on the same track. I also appreciate checking in regularly with my boss to update them on my progress and ask about any issues that have arisen. This open communication helps me complete tasks efficiently and accurately.

Pros: I was promoted from Bending team leader to a key accounts leader
Cons: I can start work at 6 am till 10 pm

Excellent place to start a working career

Start of as a operator on Trumpf lasers then moved on to other machines and then a floor supervisor and maintenanc personal. The most challenging times was meeting up with dead lines with production and customers when there was a breakdown and getting that machine or machines to work again. Really enjoyed it. But some staff was not good to me. Teach someone something and he or she wants to be your boss THAT IS THE REASON FOR LEAVING LASER JUNCTION.

Pros: Got promoted but no money
Cons: Short hours on a Friday
