I CAN DO ANY BOILERMAKER JOB BUT I KNOW SOMETIMES I WILL NEED A LITTLE BIT OF ASSISTANCE BUT I AM A FAST LEARNER AND I HAVE BEEN WORKING LONG HOURS AND WORKING FOR A DEADLINE

Working with the SAGE VIP Payroll system

It was such an honor to be introduced to payroll .And being moved from operations department to be appointed as a wage clerk was a great experience

Pros: Being moved from operations department to wages department
Cons: I also worked at the reception some days when our receptionist was away

I'm semi skilled boilermaker who is hardworking person willing go extra mile in my job and willing to learn new things in my job. I'm familiar with the legal provision that applies to work and have knowledge, experience to perform my duties as per the required scope of work.

Underpaid with a high demanding unfriendly work environment

A typical day at work is receiving an collecting time sheets thereafter capturing those hours. Doing work confirmations on the system for current an previous employees. Receiving documents from site an putting it on the HR system. The relationship with co-workers are good. During the time there, I have gained alot of knowledge concerning payroll administration as well as went for a short course at SAGE payroll. The most challenging aspects of the job would be receiving work related issues late and having to complete it within a day because of lack of communication.

Pros: Close to home, Gained working experience in payroll
Cons: Negative working environment, Not being given sufficient credit for work done

I enjoy learning new things/techniques with that possibly I could grow within the company

I'm a 27 year old male who has worked as a mechanical fitter starting out my construction career.Moving forward I went into pipefitting and attained my category 5 Piping certificate.I've worked on mines, mills, refinaries and mostly Power stations.

Pros: an opportunity to prove my skill for a permanent or semi permanent position
Cons: working without the correct tools
