Many Major changes to company in short time period.

Good Company..now that Netcare Group took over. Many major changes and gaps in communication in Hospital with Staff. I personally think the method of warnings and ultimatums set with take-over, was not the correct method of trying to build Lakeview Culture.Considering most of Management posts are occupied by new Managers and all at once and many resignations ..leaves the question ..Why so many Managerial shiftings....at a time when Senior Management was needed the most.

Pros: Improved team spirit,Major pressure set-up...encouraging pro-active thinking and personel development in experience of wide variety of situations.
Cons: 12Hour shifts.

Mastering my work

Working under pressure. Team work, understanding which role s each is doing at reception area and helping each other where we need to excell so that we can be more fruitful. I have learned to be patient hence am working with all kinds of races. Mastering how to use Sap System. Having to take decisions for uncounsious patients.

Pros: No growths as yet
Cons: 12 hours
