LafargeHolcim SA it is a good company and uses the latest technology and information systems, everyone was sent to Johannesburg on training in order for the high standards of competence.

Pros: I was good for the development of my career
Cons: When there was a breakdown we would work long hours as we couldn't leave the plant with it running again.

Good working Environment

Lafarge offers good working environment and decent offer. At Lafarge you get exposure to different equipment and learn different skill at all times. You learn how to be responsible and execute work with dignity.

Pros: Safety considerate
Cons: Long hours
