I am immediately available senior debtors controller. My passion is debtors and works best under pressure. I am a team leader who loves working with people and motivate new and young ones coming into this choice of carrier. Custoner cerrvice is a priority to me. I was responsible for 15% of my previous employers monthly income with an outstanding book of 0.14% on 120mil. I have learnt to always be available to assist. Co-workers or customers. Im a perfectionist at hart in everything I do. If the team sees what you do and how you do things and also how you react to situations, they will follow your example. And that I strive to do. Strong leader, stronger team!!!! U are only as strong as your team.

Pros: Combining two of the things that is my passion. Working with people and doing debtors.

Good working relationship with employees and management

Lot of travelling with strict guidelines in terms of target delivery, good relationship with coworkers, i have learned that on safety field its important to be pro active, finishing the shift with all employees injury free, injuries at work place

Excellent

I am responsible for operating the mobile machine and crush the stone. i have a good relationship with my colleagues and with my Superior. I start working at 07:00 a.m to 8:00 p.m sometimes the manager would ask if I can work until 10:00 p.m to crush the stone and clean. i have learn a lot in my company and I really enjoy working here as no one is after someone else as long you do your work

Lots to learn

Work Day at lafarge Quarry always busy with long working hours . Always got on well with the co - workers and believed in team work, to tackle problem areas. Leaner ed about different products that we made and sold, and about mining of the rock. Enjoyed the most was project management, planning to the completion of the project.

I'm currently unemployed

I'm currently unemployrd. I have an experience in Diesel Mechanic from Lafarge Holcim where I did my Diesel Mechanic apprenticeship and the responsibilities include: ? Ensuring the cleanliness of the workshop ? Adhering to an inspection procedure checklist ? Removing and replacing faulty parts ? Carrying out service on the engine, including oil and filter changes (500 hour services) ? Inspect, repair, overhaul and maintain the machinery in diesel engines. (CAT FELs, CAT DUMPERs, HITACHI Excavators, HITACHI FELS)

Excellent learning curve

Had been a great journey, have empowered my self in terms of skills and growth, team work has been the one of the things that has stood out the most in my current employer.I have learnt good work ethics,and always had good relationship with my co-workers.

Terrible

There are no systems in place. Most of the learning has been self learning for myself. Trust levels are very low. There is a culture of finger pointing.

Pros: Pay is ok.
Cons: No existing development system in place.
