I enjoy working at Laerskool Theresapark because I enjoy working with kids and this job has given me exposure to administrative work and also professional behavior when dealing with clients equips me with administrative skills to perform in the office and I have learnt how to work well with children

Cons: It’s a contract and not a permanent job

Learning curve

As a teacher Assistant I enjoy working with kids and helping them wherever they're struggling. The working environment is friendly the colleagues are nice and they're encouraging

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Transport issue
