Ladybird Landscapes Reviews

I have enjoyed my time here but feel I am not being stimulated enough.

I work mostly alone in the office. I communicate with staff mostly telephonically, but do get on well with them. I have learnt that by encouraging staff, they are prepared to go the extra "mile". I enjoy communicating with customers and hearing that our teams have done a good job. To ensure that all customers receive the service for which they are paying and by word of mouth, our reputation is improved.

Pros: Ability to go out and collect children in my lunch time.
Cons: Not stimulating enough
