I have a good relationship with my co-workers

Laduma is a good environment for working into and i am having a great experience with everything from my co-workers and customers and i now know how how to handle customers with any complaints and queries

Pros: Laduma is a great company and also having more opportunities for promotion and experience
Cons: At laduma we work for 9 hours during the week and also working about 7 hours on weekends

Eye Opener

Uplift staff moral every morning, discussing sales figures, and other boiling store matters.Strive to achieve positive bottom line with P&L. Always keeping an eye on shrinkage and coming up with ways to combat it. Maintaining service levels at all times. Challenging aspects were lack of communication structure. Unethical practices.
