Excellent learning curve in Digital Marketing

I enjoy my time at La Vita Spa. I have a great working relationship with all my co-workers and also with management. With 3 incredible years i feel the 4th took a dip. I dont feel challenged anymore and I with Covid, we are working more and are now being paid less therefore I need to seek empolyment elsewhere.

Grew as an individual excellent learning curve

I on a daily basis used to run all operations on my own made the immediate decisions although there was another manager working with me. I did planning as well as new ways to attract more customers held necessary meetings did odd tasks for senior management when requested always put in extra hours where needed dedicated myself to my work. Staff and I had a great relationship and understand communication was always on par.

Pros: Great opportunity to grow personally as well as professionally
Cons: Long hours,
