Good learning curve

Even when you are recognized growth takes a long time to happen hours are long and no over time even when do work more hours. Working conditions are good and the executives are good.

Great working experience

Dealt with the most difficult customers, helped me respect work, always kept me happy, always had me grounded. Showed that I work well with people, that I listen and follow instructions! I made customers buy things they didn't want by showing them how important they can be to them... It was indeed a great working experience. We where always happy and git along very well as colleagues! We got compensated for reaching the target, got money or lunch. The hours where a bit draining and sometimes difficult due to transport

Good work experience

I have learned of customer service and working well with a team to help each other achieve the store targets and maintain a fun environment while working and giving customers the best experience of their life time

Good learning curve

It's a good company and you learn to be independant and learn how to run a business without you being a manager. But growth wise it's unlikely for one to grow.. people don't get groomed to grow and be something they should be. People that have beenthere for years they still sales assistant . But otherwise it's a good company.
