Excellent learning and growth

A typical work day healthy and friendly relationship with co workers Get along easily very relaxing atmosphere to work in and beautiful surroundings I've learnt that you cannot please everyone as to their set standards, also that people have different expectations within a set department I mostly enjoyed working and assisting in planning events The most challenging part of it all would probably have to be having to deal with inconsistency from certain co-workers. Changing structures and not having patience with everyone else dealing with change in their own manner. deadlines that need to be met I enjoyed working under pressure and also being part of a hardworking team I loved the motivation that we all had in common, working towards a goal to the best of our ability and achieving it as a team

Pros: Meeting new people of different ethnicy, county and culture
Cons: Distance and working hours
