the managers and also the CEO got a great communications to their employees. CEO bond with the workers especially and also those who are in COD3. The atmosphere and the culture mostly the environment is good. language communication is English all the way and in that way if you do not know or prefer to speak an English you will speak it. I have learned a lot of things such as Communication, Computer, how to be your own Boss and last but not least how to run the Business on your own. Now I am the Boss of my Own destiny because of that company and I still want to have more and new skills and opportunities from other or different organization. My dream is to own my own Companies in South Africa and Internationally like my ex CEO Grant Sherwood.

Good channel for business man
Im a young 27 year old,with great ambitions.my learning is more based in engineering construction as I have studied civil engineering in building and civil and construction engineering drafting.The certificate I have consist of AutoCAD,End user(computer),business communication,Drawing skills etc.N1 to N6 ;building surveying,structural ,quantity surveying and building administration.Im currently working for la grandson international which is a company that deal with sales and marketing,whereby we interact with costumers .I specifically create new credit cards and replace if a costumer lost one or misplaced it.my communication skills are very good,im a team player,deadline driven with good leadership skills.and I enjoy being my myself.

We were as
We were working ffor NCS company. We were opening cards at pick and psy. We were always working with people. The relationship between the my co-workers was great. We understood each other. We were like family. I enjoy talking with people and reading books. What i have learnt from my previous job is that i you must not guve up on what you want so that you reach where tou wanna be. The most challenges of the job was transport u had ro wake up early and leave the house at 4 o'clock in the morning and by thats time there's a lot of thugs and the robbery so i had to quit.

Good in growth Owl
I did direct sales and marketing. I am good in everything I do although the benefits are not exciting. Their growth is good but the is less money. They taught me to be a team leader, and talking to people is what I love.

Training and development
Is a very well working field where one grows up to management the training is good and the opportunity as a whole. You get well trained and developed. You can make good money out of commission depending on your effort

Working Experience
When I was doing a Learnership at Tele-Direct I learned a lot of things about companies including internal and external affairs and also conduct and company policies. At La Grandson its diffireent because we have long working hours 06:00 to 1800 form Monday to Sunday that's why I left and the salary is commission base no basic.

Waste of my time, really.
Waste of my time, really. Rules are boring an not specific to the labour laws of the country. They do not abide by the labour laws of South Africa and they do not pay in time. No basic salary.
