Good Day I am currently a sole project administrator for and NGO called KZNPPHC under the funding of DBSA and I am administrating and coordination the Pharmacy Assistance Learnership programme in and around KZN. I am a creative person, reliable, responsible, punctual, and willing to go the extra mile. Positive, good in multitasking, good team player, deadline driven and always looking for a challenge and eager to learn more. Effective communication skills, Strong administrative skills, Ability to work under pressure. My key responsibilities are project logistics, planning, administration, taking of minutes, service provider and stakeholder liaison, assessment and workshop bookings, assisting the team, monthly report and quarterly report and presentation, forming different kinds of communication platforms administer and conduct payroll on a monthly bases and design anything for company’s image.

Pros: empowering people and giving them educational opportunities
Cons: handling administration for a large group and having to do other peoples work in order for the team to meet target

Eye opener in the lifes of others

I would like to apply for the advertised vacancy of Administrator. I am currently a sole project administrator for and NGO called KZNPPHC under the funding of DBSA and I am administrating and coordination the Pharmacy Assistance Learnership programme in and around KZN. Unfortunately this is a contract position and the project is nearing its course. I am a creative person, reliable, responsible, punctual, and willing to go the extra mile. Good learning curve

Hi Description of the Company: KZNPPHC is an N.G.O that focuses of empowering youth from a disadvantage background by sponsoring them with a pharmacist assistant learnership/bursary. The learnership been Funded by DBSA (Development Bank of Southern Africa). We facilitate placement of these student are in Private and Public Hospitals and Clinics around KZN and encourage students to find employment after their training. I am in charge of administration of 280 students, this included their training, material, their enrollment certificate at institutions, there month assessment and workshop booking as doing there payroll and their monthly leave. I also address any challenges that might occur between student and their tutor or facility manager. i also arrange extra tutorial classes for those students that need assistance

JOB DUTIES: • Establish and update Database • Filling and Answering phones • Office Administration • Addressing Queries • Facilitate disciplinary hearings and termination of learners contracts • Selection of candidate to be awarded learnership and specify institution placement

Pros: helping others and giving the education for life
Cons: small company therefore there small chances of growth

My key responsibilities are project logistics, planning, administration, taking of minutes, service provider and stakeholder liaison, assessment and workshop bookings, assisting the team, monthly report and quarterly report and presentation, forming different kinds of communication platforms administer and conduct payroll on a monthly bases and design anything for company’s image.

Pros: giving back to the communities and giving education to the youth of South Africa
Cons: no growth within the company

Eye opener

Typical works day is dealing with service providers, students, facility managers and field officers. My relationship with my co worker is good and we work with each other. what i have enjoy the most the the success stories I get from students i have trained and the difference the employment has made to there homes and their life. Most of them have bought cars and others have even rebuilt there homes. the most challenge is having different views and different objectives within the project which sometimes courses a challenges working together and also achieving your goals.

Cons: work overtime with no pay
