Excellent learning curve

The relationship between co-workers in good, work as a team. The typical day at work is when we have to meet the deadlines and the projects that are held all over KZN. I have a lot of things and I'm still learning. Its a great experience and exposition to finance. I hope every working environment could give me such working experience. To work with people, in different levels and firms. To help people use their money wisely and see them succeed in life. The challenge part is when things don't go accordingly and some firms treat like an animal then as their own employee. A lot of overtime and travelling, which makes it very difficult to accomplish what you to do yet the projects needs you to go an extra miles and do better.

Pros: A good place to get a promotion
Cons: Long working hours

Learning curve

I am a self-motivated and confident person with good interpersonal skills. I am a team player capable of working under pressure; I pay attention to detail and very analytical; Planning and organizational skills; Proactive and deadline driven; Problem solving abilities and ability to multi task; Excellent numerical aptitude with attention to detail; Ability to work with cross function and divisions; Advisory skills on technical complicated matters as well as general matters in normal practice; Pro-active and good communication and presentation skills, Technically sound in terms of Accounting Standards, Very good in networking and building client relationships; Possess good team leadership skills. Since I have previously built up a diverse and strong administration background.
