EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE, GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES, ON-GOING TRAINING PROGRAMMES.

A typical working day with growth opportunities especally for the youth. Management styles are challenging, with little or no participation. this is a newly established company which came out of Government, and now have no asnnual bonuses for itsstaff.

Pros: long woring hours
Cons: no remuneration or reward for hardwork

Excellent learning experience.

My time at the KZNLA has been an excellent learning experience. I have been part of the Entity since its inception 1 August 2012. I have been part of a Team that prepared the very first policies of the Entity. The procedure manuals and systems and processes being used currently. its been an eye opener and a huge opportunity. We have grown from having an unqualified audit to achieving a clean audit. this is an experience i will cherich forever.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn
Cons: No room for growth in my line of work
