Hardworker

I have volunteered as a Human Resource In-service trainee Intern for 7 months at Department of Health Amajuba District Offices and employed by the Department of Health, Newcastle Regional Hospital as Human Resource Intern from 01 April 2010 to 31 March 2011. I was offered a permanent job in 2011 September 09 as Office Assistant at uMzinyathi Health District. 2012 July 01 Promoted to level five as Human Resource Officer and 2014 June 01 to date relocated to Amajuba Health District as a Human Resource Officer. My greatest strength is that I am equipped with the necessary experience in which to implement or apply the duties of the advertised job and good skills, knowledge to offer your organization. I will be happy to provide you with additional information if required and I will make sure that I avail myself for interview.

Financial Management in Public Sector environment

I provide financial advices, in line with Public Finance Management Act, to the Hospital Chief and Management. I manage the finance department on the daily basis to ensure that the section is effective and efficient. as the leader I have to motivate, take decisions, empower, discipline, embrace diversity. I have a good understanding and relationship with my subordinates built through positive attitudes, strong communication and good ethics. I enjoy working with people who love their work. I enjoy and love my finance work. The most challenging aspect of my job is to find the balance between compliance with SCM prescripts with service delivery related to the life/death of patients (sometime have to think and decide under emergency cases) and pressurized by managers all with clinical background and they only cares about patient.

Pros: I can get the chances to be promoted to Deputy Director, Director, Chief Director, CFO
Cons: with the love of my work i work until 18h00 in other days if I have due dates to meet.

Pros: I have a vast knowledge in HRM especial Labour relations I'm also acting within the department on other post and in absentia of my manager
Cons: 40 hours per week including my voluntary hours
