Great Advancement
As an accountant I have overcome great challenges and I have achieved respect for staying strong through those storms. Corporate finance requires someone with great perseverance and I believe I have it. My 17 years experience has earned me great level of skills, understanding and good attitude towards my work and fellow colleagues. I can relate to different people at any level. My current responsibilities include not limited to ledgers updates, trial balances, accounting functions, fixed asset maintenance, vat recons and returns, cash flow maintenance and annual and monthly reporting. I have also worked for Transnet freight rail and Transnet Property. My functions in Transnet involved intercompany transactions, treasury functions, capital budget maintenance, consolidating of reports, vat recons and returns, cash flow forecasting and maintenance and management of staff of 5.

Small intimate team
No growing opportunities but with specialized skills everyone is able to focus on their individual duties. No one overstep into other departments or person work

Market related salary and for rewarding purposes
Managing debt and equity fund of the organisation managing staff in finance managing the company risk exposure processing financial information manage procurement of the organisation strategic decision making advising on project which has been funded which are performing and non performing advise on financial sustainability of the organisation

Good Progressive Learning Curve, Only need Mentor and Guidance.
KZN Growth Fund is a financial Service Provider, a professional working environment with only 25 employees including CEO and Tea Lady. I have a good relationship with all KZN Growth Fund Employees and I have learned alot (Please requested my CV for more information). I enjoy being at the start of the project from first day until disbursement & Aftercare (Post Monitoring). My challenging aspect is, i don't have a day-to-day mentor.
Pros: Good Start for Investment Career
Cons: Lack of Mentoring due to Capacity of Employees.
