Opportunity for growth

My work at KWV included clearing of debts, opening accounts, liasing with sales persons ans debtors, collecting documents from clients. It requires a hard working individual that pays attention to details. My department was made of competent individuals who have been in the company and the department for years and whom I learnt a lot from. It was full of elders more than youth. I have learnt to work with people, work underpressure and learnt that I can work well and be part of team and as an individual. I enjoy working underpressure when I have all the resouces to finish my work. It makes me feel productive. The most challing aspect of my job was to request for documents from clients who never get back to me because it made it difficult for me to finish my job.

Exposure

I am responsible for opening clients accounts and clearing debts I am social at the same time professional and ethical I work with people who takes pride in their work and they have taught me to do the same I am a fast worker and I enjoy learning and getting more exposure in the finance department I have learnt how to work under pressure, meet dead lines, communicate with clients, be accurate and the importance of following instructions I enjoy getting things done correctly before reaching the deadline and I am result driven I find it a little challenging having to communicate with brutal and angry customers but I can remain calm under those circumstances.

Good start

I worked with people who took pride in their work. There were times where it was too busy and we had to meet deadlines and some relaxed times. My team was competent and everyone played a role to make it work. It was a very good place to start working. The environment was mostly old people than youth. Ethics came first
