Excellent learning opportunities, eager to grow within the company and take on more responsibilities

Excellent company to work for, I have gained extensive knowledge within the industry Working closely cross functionally with fellow team members, team work is key, however it has it's challenges I have earned and gained good and close working relationships internally and externally togther with stake holders I enjoy the analytical side of things, looking at the business holistically by identifying gaps, opportunities and trends I find sometimes budgets could be an issue and our spend and budgets are frequently cut, so what wad initially promised to retailers/ Customers are not always adhered to

Pros: Excellent growth opportunities and ability to get exposure in different markets
Cons: Extensive working hours but not so much of an issue as long as the work gets done

Great business

Great teamwork and collaborative performance managed pproach way to balance a supply chain working cross the whole chain from raw materials and planning thereof to delivery and incou try to keeping in USA, to Eastern Europe Russia ND as far as Japan. From improving transactional methodology to integrated business planning with all in country partnerships. From stock planning to cash flow management. Great opportunities daily to improve from 15 day cash to cash cyclw products up to 65 year supply chain products.

Excellent learning curve

It's an awesome place to work at, all employees treat each other equal. It is fun with reasonable working hours Monday to Friday, don't work on weekends and public holidays.

Stimulating and rewarding

Working in IT as a SAP Specialist in the SD module and developing ABAP reports and systems is my passion and almost every day there is a new challenge waiting. My colleagues share my passion and together we build on new ideas and techniques. There is always something new to learn in SAP, and what I enjoy most is when there is the rare time to explore and investigate new solutions. The challenge is to find solutions and to stay calm and focused when system failures do happen, but that does not happen frequently if development is done properly.

Pros: Rewarding to note how run times improve after a few changes
Cons: Most people without IT knowledge do not appreciate the great work of a system that runs smoothly

Little room for growth

Eallllnot an easy working environment if you are not Afrikaans speaking. Even though customer base is majority English internal meeting happen in Afrikaans

Learn strong individual skills

You need to be strong minded and strong hearted. Pro-active thinking is required at all times. Deadlines should constantly be met. Analytical thinking is a definite advantage to complete tasks more effectively. Ownership is huge and be responsible. Very strong communication skills is required and precision is vital.

Pros: Gain huge experience in short amount of time
Cons: Oppurtunity for promotion is limited
