First thing I do at work is to check my emails - Check diaries for training schedules and meetings - Call different countries for weekly session - this is where we run updates on different products, introduction of new employees and discuss sales strategies Than Attend different meeting Test the call centre telephone lines Pull, amend different report and send to relevant people Send out minutes from strategy sessions - My working relationship with my colleagues is awesome, excellent - we work as team. I have learned lot of patient, dealing with different countries - some of them struggle with english so I have to be very patient and have learned to be very empathetic towards customers Assisting different countries employees, customers, different ISP''s and MNO staff, I really enjoy the traveling and meeting different people all the time is just amazing Language is the most challenging part for me.

Great learning experience

Working for Kwese was indeed a great opportunity to explore a d learn about complex broadcasting operations. I really learned alot and have grown and more t important, the people I worked with who were very disciplined and talented.

Being in HR

I enjoy what I do, I enjoy working with people assisting them to enable themselves to achieve their goals in a work place. I am a team player and always to try to improve the ways of being an HR Administrator with innovative ideas and to keep up with the current strategies. I've learnt a lot being in HR as it is quite a vast field and there is always opportunity to grow which is what I enjoy most.
