I am self motivated therefore can work anywhere and train others.

Enjoy going to see customers, so prepare my next day the night before as need to save company petrol and make sure if I have 1 or 2 appointments set in a particular area, who else that I know is there and plane to pop in as well as cold calls when finished main visits. My years of experience is what they employed me for as they do not know much, therefore they constantly phone me for advise of which I am only to willing to teach people. I work flat out especially finding new customer cold calling which is what I love the most and find it a challenge if someone in the company blocks me, I push till I get in even if it is days later, but I will get in. Once I get home about 5 or 6pm I set up my computer to start my tenders and quotes and start that about 9pm till about 11.30pm which is how I have worked for years.

Pros: mornings only
Cons: still work till late but paid only for mornings

No going forward in the market

Kwaseka is a family owned company therefore no room for promotion, but that is not the problem. Was employed to find new business in other field that I was to teach them, engineering, valves, hydraulics, instrumentation, mining and power station. Unfortunately some people will not learn new products and ways and end up chasing the huge corporate companies that I have brought, like Barlows, WBHO, Stefanutti etc., which is effecting my reputation but need to work and earn so keep going regardless. Cons: no going forward and getting places in the market.
