Telephone management, Day to Day banking and make sure that all the machine are off afternoon

The relationship with the owner was good, because he usually set up meetings with us to ask if we have any ideas to make the company grow, to come up with suggestions, we work as a team with others, I have learnt so much in this company like to communicate with patients and understand their complain and solve them, building relationship with my collegues.

Pros: At the moment i never get a promotion and it for now it a small company every position has occupied
Cons: Sometimes we work long hours because we are working with people if they are still coming we never mind to work long hours.
