Excellent experience in supervising a group of people

My current job is a learning curve in terms of dealing with people (staff and clients). Dealing with different level of people with different level of understanding. I enjoy to make a difference to people and learn a lot from them as they have been in the field for quite some time. Some challenges includes the resistance to change due to different reason including fear of unknown.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn more especial problem solving and conflict management
Cons: Spend more time dealing with people then work itself

Great experience learning

Reticulation of electrical network, substation mantainance, switchgear mantainance, cable join and termination of high voltage valve, observing switching under strict supervision.rmu installation and minisubs

Excellent learning and growing working environment

Operating a busy switchboard, welcoming more than 500 clients especially month and. Clients who temper electricity and demand reconnection.multitasking. I enjoyed helping creditors clerks during with their work.typically customers calling for one meter reading. I enjoyed helping customers with indigent application.
