A fast learner, always willing and eager for new adventures presented, self-efficient with the ability to solve any problem that arises whether within the work scope or outside of the prescribed workscope. Highly adaptive in instances where there is a requirement to become familiar with the systems of the company due to the high level of computer literacy in possession. Never settling for anything less than excellent, a great believer of doing something personally if need for perfection arises, high level of numeracy and leadership skills but also highly effective in a team setup. Never limited to any particular field as far as the work scope is concerned. opportunities

Good personal development

Travelling almost 3 days in a week. Co workers rely mostly on me for guidance and assistance. I have learnt to deal with hostile situations. I enjoy negotiations. Challenges come from union officials who are quick to refer matters to the CCMA and accuse the employer of being uncaring

Pros: No room for promotion
Cons: Extensive travel and long working hours
